The gorgeous Courteney Cox is 47 and back in the dating game after an 11-year marriage to David Arquette. There's a chance they'll get back together down the line, but we hope she's been on at least a few hot dates - especially since apparently David's been courting the ladies.
 While their future still remains to be seen, the two currently star in this year’s Scream 4, the movie that brought them together in the first place.



Jennifer Aniston (42): Though Aniston is constantly singled out as the icon for unmarried and over 40 women (which some tabloids don’t view as a good thing), she brushes it aside and continues to make us laugh alongside funnymen like Adam Sandler and Ben Stiller.  Sandra Bullock ,46won a Razzie for comedic flop All About Steve, an Academy Award for The Blind Side the day after, then went through an excruciatingly public breakup with husband Jesse James, handling it with extreme grace. Need we say more? While baby Louis is the only man in Bullock’s life,but she'll have no trouble in the dating world when she's ready to get back in the game.



Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper got pretty serious before calling it quits in March 2011, but now the 42-year-old actress is free to find another hot man. Perhaps she'll meet the man of her dreams at her home away from home: the gym.


Denise Richards has dated a slew of big stars (married Charlie Sheen, dated Richie Sambora) so we're guessing her streak of celebrity hookups will continue as soon as she's ready to jump back in. For now, the 40-year-old seems totally content caring for all three of her girls!

Bollywood's big loss!

In 2011,the Hindi film industry lost some of their most-loved legends like Shammi Kapoor, Jagjit Singh and Dev Anand among others.



Jagjit Singh (February 8, 1941- October 10, 2011) was great ghazal singer. He was born in Sri Ganga Nagar, Rajasthan. He was known for his style of ghazal singing, he was a great writer, a great composer.
Jagjit Singh was admitted to the ICU reportedly due to a brain hemorrhage and he underwent an emergency neurosurgery on admission.
He is survived by his wife Chitra Singh, with whom he had produced several record breaking albums. His only son died in a car crash which prompted his wife Chitra Singh to stop singing.

Every Ghazal lover or non lover misses him because of his legacy of music.

His popular ghazals include, Meri zindagi kisi aur ki, mere naam ka koi aur hai, Apni marzi se kahan apne safar ke hum hain, Wo jo hum mein tumme qaraar tha, Patta-patta boota-boota haal hamaara jaane hai, Hoshwalo ko khabar, etc.
Jagjjit Singh has also sung for popular movies like Arth, Prem Geet, Sarfarosh and Tarqeeb.


Veteran actor Shammi Kapoor, (21 October 1930– 14 August 2011) hailed as 'Elvis Presley of India' and whose famous yell 'Yahoo' signified the arrival of a rebel star against the reigning trio of his time Raj Kapoor, Dev Anand and Dilip Kumar, passed away  due to chronic renal failure.
Kapoor is survived by his wife Neeladevi, son Aditya Raj, daughter Kachan Desai.
Shammi heralded the swinging 60s and a large part of his appeal was primarily due to the immensely catchy and upbeat numbers like "Suku Suku","O Haseena Zulfo wali", "Aaj kal tere mere pyar ke charche", "Aaja Aaja Main hoon Pyar tera" where he was at his boisterous best.
Even though success came with light weight tales like Kashmir ki kali, Rajkumar, Jaanwar and An evening in Paris, his performances in flicks like Junglee, Badtameez, Bluff Master and Pagla Kahin Ka, Teesri Manzil, Brahmachari silenced his critics.
Andaz released in 1971 was his last movie as a leading man but his character roles in Vidhata, Hero, Prem Rog were well received.


Dev Anand(26 September 1923 – 4 December 2011),Often compared to the famous actor Gregory Peck died in his room at The Washington Mayfair Hotel in London at the age of 88 of a cardiac arrest^.His death came just months after the release of his last film, Charge Sheet.Anand was reportedly in London for a medical check up at the time of his death.Condolences poured in from all corners of the Indian film industry, with most of them remembering his positive attitude towards life.
Anand will be remembered for his boyish charm, his trademark hairstyle, his sloping walk, rapid dialogue delivery and most of all for his indomitable spirit that serves as an inspiration for generations of actors after his time. Bollywood has truly lost one of its favourite sons.


Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi(1941-2011), who overcame an impaired eye to become a visionary and pioneering captain of the Indian Test team, has died in Delhi at the age of 70. He was suffering from interstitial lung disease. He is survived by his wife Sharmila Tagore, his son Saif Ali Khan and his two daughters Soha and Saba Ali Khan. Tagore, Saif and Soha are prominent actors in India's film industry.
Pataudi was the ninth and last Nawab of Pataudi until 1971, when the Indian government abolished royal entitlements through the 26th Amendment to the Constitution. He was also the editor of Sportsworld, the now defunct cricket magazine.
Pataudi, regarded as one of the finest Indian captains, played 46 Tests for the country, scoring 2793 runs for an average of 34.91 with an unbeaten 203 being his highest score.

In all, he smashed six centuries and 16 fifties in his career.

Don 2

Don 2 is an upcoming Shahrukh khan's movie which is  a sequel to 2006 release Don:The chase begins.

Synopsis:

Plot

When a terrorist bombing destroys the Kremlin, the United States government activates “Ghost Protocol” and disavows the entire Impossible Mission Force. Baby Boom in B-town

2011 saw several celeb pregnancies, with the most beautiful woman in the world, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, leaving the nation and the world guessing whether she'd deliver on 11.11.11.

Other Bollywood A-listers and page 3 prominents also proudly entered the world of to-be parenthood.
While lot of tinsel town beauties have already experienced motherhood, some are expecting and some are rumoured to be pregnant.

Sitar maestro Pandit Ravi Shankar's daughter Anoushka, who is a musical star herself, gave birth to a baby boy in earlier this year in March. She and her husband, director Joe Wright, have named the little one Zubin Shankar Wright.

Ranvir posted a picture of himself with his son, whom they have named Haroon, on the social networking site, Twitter.
Striking a very uncommon pose for the pic, Ranvir says, “Here’s a photo of Haroon and me taken in true Indian tradition!




Actress and TV presenter, who became a household name for being the anchor during a male-dominated cricket match, gave her husband of 11 years another reason to cheer when she gave birth to little baby Vir on Father's Day this year.
Even though they had a list of names ready with them, they named the baby Vir on Raj's insistence.



Actor duo Preeti Jangiani and her husband, Parvin Dabbas, also joined the list of first-timer celeb parents with the birth of their son in April this year.
"We're both loving and enjoying this parenting phase," exclaimed the proud parents to the media. According to papa Parvin, "I wish I could do more for our baby! I do change his diapers and stuff, but work's kept me from doing all what I want to do!"

This had to be the biggest news in Bollywood after the Bachchan wedding back in 2007.The news of Ash's pregnancy was revealed by Bachchan Sr., in a tweet in June. He wrote: "T 410-News news news!! I am going to become a grandfather..Aishwarya expecting..so happy and thrilled!!!"

"IT'S A GIRL!!," Abhishek, 35, posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.com. He had recently said he wanted a daughter who looked like Aishwarya.


Actor Aamir Khan and his director wife Kiran Rao are parents to a baby boy, the celebrity couple announced in a joint statement on Monday. Due to medical complications, the baby was born through In Vitro Fertilization and surrogacy.
"It gives us the greatest joy to share with you the good news of the birth of our baby boy. This baby is especially dear to us because he was born to us after a long wait and some difficulty," Khan and Rao said.



"Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi are expecting their child too.

The star couple are receiving congratulatory message from friends and relatives. After actress Lara Dutta broke the news of her pregnancy, friend Abhishek Bachchan,  took to Twitter to congratulate her.
"Paaji! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! welcome on board (sic)," Abhishek wrote on Twitter.
To which Lara replied, "Thank you so much AB! You'll will be sorted by the time our turn comes, will call for tips!!".
